Medifil® II is a flowable collagen matrix derived from 100% non-hydrolyzed Type I bovine native collagen. Its gel formulation allows precise application to irregular wound beds, promoting a moist healing environment and supporting granulation tissue formation across all phases of wound healing.

Indications for Use

Medifil II is intended for the management of wounds including: partial and full-thickness wounds, pressure ulcers, venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers, chronic vascular ulcers, tunneled/undermined wounds, surgical wounds (donor sites/grafts, post-Mohs surgery, post-laser surgery, podiatric, wound dehiscence), trauma wounds (abrasions, lacerations, second-degree burns, skin tears), and draining wounds.

Mechanism of Action

Medifil® II is a Class II Medical Device, FDA 510(k) cleared. The product provides a flowable collagen scaffold for wound management.
