As CEO and Designated Representative, she is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company and ensuring every operation meets the highest standards set by Utah DOPL and federal regulators.

Dedra leads Ridge’s regulatory strategy and ensures the company’s distribution model remains fully compliant across all applicable frameworks — including FDA, DOPL, OSHA, and HIPAA. Her work underpins the trust that providers place in Ridge as a compliant distribution partner.

Kathryn oversees the operational infrastructure that makes Ridge’s virtual drop-ship model work seamlessly. She manages partner relationships and ensures every order from receipt to delivery meets GDP documentation standards.

Travis leads the technology systems that power Ridge’s provider portal, account management, and compliance documentation workflows. His focus is building secure, scalable infrastructure that supports provider onboarding and order transparency end-to-end.
