About the Role

Ridge Biologics is seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to develop and grow a defined territory through the promotion and sale of our regenerative medicine and biologic products. This is a fully commission-based, 1099 independent contractor role. The right candidate thrives in a field-based environment, excels at building relationships with physicians and clinical staff, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.


Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Prospect and develop new physician and clinic accounts within your assigned territory
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective accounts

Account Management

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with physicians and clinical staff
  • Drive repeat ordering and consistent product utilization
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to active accounts

Product Education

  • Educate providers and staff on product usage, indications, and clinical applications
  • Support onboarding and training of new accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates and clinical positioning

Territory Management

  • Independently manage territory strategy, scheduling, and account coverage
  • Track and report activity, pipeline status, and performance as requested
  • Demonstrate consistent, measurable revenue growth within your territory

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in medical, biologic, or regenerative medicine sales preferred
  • Existing relationships with physician practices, surgery centers, or wound care clinics a plus
  • Highly self-directed with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling ability
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory regularly
  • Comfortable operating as a 1099 independent contractor

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with no base salary or benefits. Commission rates and payment terms are outlined in a separate Compensation Plan provided upon engagement. Commissions are earned based on collected revenue from assigned accounts. Earning potential is uncapped and directly tied to territory performance.


Territory & Contractor Terms

Territories are assigned at Ridge Biologics’ discretion. Territory protection is performance-contingent and requires active prospecting, account development, and sustained engagement. Ridge Biologics reserves the right to adjust territory boundaries or reassign inactive accounts.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, business expenses, and applicable insurance. A 12-month non-solicitation period applies following termination. A non-compete restricts representation of directly competing biologic or regenerative medicine products during the term of the agreement.


Compliance Requirements

All representatives must comply with applicable federal and state healthcare laws, including HIPAA, the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and FDA regulations. Off-label or misleading product claims, improper financial incentives to providers, and any unethical conduct are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
